    Hi all,

I have a 1991 Honda Accord which has this strange problem: the windshield
wiper fluid comes out of the nozzles only when I operate it with the hood
open. When the hood is closed, no fluid comes out. I can hear the motor
working and there is enough fluid in the tank. I also visually checked if
closing the hood somehow blocks the fluid flow by jamming the rubber tube,
but there is no sign of that either as far as I can see. Does anyone have an
    idea what is going on?

    Thanks

The tube is getting folded over. If you can follow the tube you'll find
a spot where it gets crimped. Have a helper run the thing while lowering
the hood. You'll see / hear it happen.

Replacement vinyl hose is very cheaply available at Home Depot, as well. It
has a bit thicker OD than OEM, but it still works.
