Check out the Semperit Sport Grip European made H-speed rated winter tire.
    It's available in the 205/60HR-16 92H size for the 2003 and 2004 Accord. I
bought a set for my 2003 Accord EX Sedan V6 and so far I'm very pleased. They
are very quiet AND handle well for a "winter tire". That's exactly what I was
looking for. The great price was a bonus. I haven't driven them in heavy snow
yet, but I'm sure that the aggressive directional tread pattern will easily do
a better job than the factory Michelin "touring" tires.

I'm a very happy 1st time Blizzaks owner. Just got home, western/central NJ
driving my light as shit Civic with new
Blizzak tires. Several inches of snow. All I can say, WOW, I'm impressed,
incredible performance. Pulling through everything no problem!
