I have a leak from my windshield some where but I can't see it and it
only leaks on the passenger side foot area, has anybody ever heard of a
spray or something that I can get to seal the leak?

Check for leaves and trash built up in the air intake area under the hood.
You can buy stuff in a tube to seal a leaky windshield, but it is imperative
to find out where the leak is coming from first, unless you like wasting
your time. Take out the glove box, pull back the carpets, and look for
signs of water. Stick your head under there, bring a flashlight, and if you
don't see anything have your buddy spray water on the windshield from a
garden hose. Locating the leak can be the worst part. Which year and model
is it? There are tricks specific to rubber seal versus glue, etc.

Read through the link I provided. They had your cowl off, now it leaks,
probably through your heater intake. Drop the heater fan to confirm with
    flashlight and garden hose.
