Whining Noise Coming From Engine

    My 2013 Honda Odyssey Touring, with about 137,000 miles, has a Whining noise from the top of engine by the power steering pump, It is not effected by steering left or right, but only upon acceleration or deceleration, I do over 90% of the work on this Van, sometimes I get stumped, and this is one of those times. Transmission in-line filter and fluid have been replaced, along with fluid transfers on both the Transmission and Power Steering System, A New power steering pump and fluid, Along with all maintenance being up to date, If anyone knows what the issue may be, I sure would appreciate some help.
    I would also like to send a video clip, so you could hear the nose I'm talking about, This is our only transportation, used for two households, I plan on keeping it until it becomes a classic
    Does anyone know how to attach video clips?
