What Plays In 2003 Nav Radio CD?

    We have a 2003 Accord EX with Nav. I would like to rip some CD tracks
    to a CD to play in it. I would like to use either MP3 or WMA files.
    The manual states that you can play CD-R disks, but it doesn't say
    what can be on it. I suspect that it wants standard CDA files, but
    one of you must have the answer.
