Valve Cover Torque

The Haynes Manual says 84 ft/lbs for the valve cover bolts. I need the spec
for the four nuts holding down the cover.

On our '95 Odyssey (you didn't mention what kind of vehicle you've got)
you tighten the nuts until they stop, as I recall, because there's
shoulders below the threads. It all fits so precisely there's no
torqueing or re-torqueing involved.
