That was the first thing they tested. They disconnected the shift linkage
from the transmission and retested it, and the problem still occurred.

I wonder if there is something wrong with the shift linkage. bob

if this is going to be something that shows up more often than not in the
model year?

Is this Hendrik Honda in Woodbridge, VA?

If so, I also bought a Lemon Honda from them, but they seem to be trying very
hard to fix the problems.

Then again, that could be because they are tired of me bursting into tears in
their dealership on a regular basis (the car has averaged 1.5 warranty repairs
per month in the 13 months/16,000 miles since new.)

What the heck has happened to Honda?!?!?
