Unofficial FAQ igniter updates...

    It's been in the mid-90s for many days up here, with horrific humidity.
    I've been hiding in the basement (we have no A/C), trying to stay cool,
    doing some updates to the FAQ. We had a sprinkle of rain today, but the
    temperature did not cool off one bit. I swear I've consumed an entire 24-
    pack of bottled water today.

    There's a long list of changes and additions to be done, many (including
    this one) suggested and aided by some very kind readers. This is just the
