Tune-up and Timing Belt.

Oil seals, and add the retainer.

Cam seal, front crank seal, front balance shaft seal and retainer, rear balance
shaft gear casing seal. It's also a good idea to replace both of the timing
belt tensioners. You may also need to replace the valve cover gasket as well as
the spark plug tube seals depending on their age. Lastly, don't forget a new
seal washer for the rear balance shaft access plug.
