    It probably was at one time, but it does not currently appear to be

    Venezuala and Nigeria seem to be swapping 4th place after Saudi Arabia.

    Well, ethanol-free gasoline can still be found around, thanks to the web
    site:

    http://pure-gas.org

    I was lucky to find one a few miles from my house and their prices are
    competitive with other stations.
