The Clearing Out Of '03 Accords

Planning (at least,hoping)to buy a new Accord LX V-6.Can someone tell me

when Honda and/or individual Honda dealers are likely to start
discounting
the '03s in anticipation of the arrival of the '04s?

Are we talking August...September?

Yeah! Noticed when I had my Prelude in for an oil change, that our local
dealer had just dropped the ADM off the stickers for new Accords. Was
asking 500 over list.

I just bought a Civic Coupe EX. MSRP 17,270 Invoice 15,824 and Edmunds.com
TMV 15,607

I went to the first dealer and asked for TMV (True Market Value) that
edmunds.com has listed on there site, and they told me they couldn't give it
to me for under invoice, and quoted 100 over invoice.

So I went to the next dealer and asked for the same price, 15,607 and told
them it was edmunds TMV, and thats what they sold it to me for. It was
exactly the same car, color, transmission, model.
