Hi all! I have a 91 Accord Wagon and the front suspension doesn't
sound very good. I notice it particularly when I am driving slowly
over small bumps like the little reflectors that divide roads. It
sounds kind of like a rattling or that things are loose in the
suspension. Does this sound like the struts are shot or something
else? If it is the struts, does anyone have recommendations for an
inexpensive replacement? I only plan on having the car for another
six months or so and just want it to be in good shape to sell it.
Also, what all would I likely need to replace, springs, mounting
    hardware, etc?
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Might be a broken coil spring.

    Jeremy,

There's a little vertical stack of rubber 'donuts' at the ends of the
stabilizer bar. It's that thick steel bar that goes from the left wheel,
below the rad, and over to the right wheel. (it looks like it doesn't do
much, but you wouldn't want to be without it)

As the donuts wear, the bolt that goes thru them can be tightened to
compress the stack. and pervent clattering. Both of our Hondas have this
    problem.

Check your wheel covers. The wheel covers on our '95 wagon do exactly what
you describe. They are not held on firmly by the wheel lug nuts and rattle
when the car runs over a small bump.
