Surging engine 1988 accord

    i have a 1988 accord with carburated 4 cyl, when i turn right turn signal
    on it {the moter] pulsates, also when i start the engine if i turn on the
    headlights the idle picks up, but still pulsates with the turn signal on
    any ideas?
