I have an annoying creeking/squeeking noise coming from my suspension
    area in the front.

It only happens when I turn the wheels... any idea on what this is?

I heard it could be bushings, or I need a new strut. I dont think its
    my strut though.

    Any help is appreciated!

  2. If the creek sounds like a low-pitched groan, my first guess is one or more
worn ball joints. I had the same thing happen with my '93 Accord.

It could be bushings, though. And your car has shocks and springs, not
struts. But I doubt they are the cause of the noise anyway.

I had a similar squeak which turned out to be the bushings....but it
was a constant squeak....also very annoying. You could try to spray
the bushings with silicon lubricant spray....that should do the trick

I still have the squeak, I'm beginning to think it is in my front
shocks... but they ride fine, just that annoying squeak whenever I
turn my wheel or go over a bump.

If you kneel on that corner of the car and push down so as to make it
bounce, do you hear the squeak?

If so, get the lower ball joint checked and replaced before this happens:

yes i can, just a little squeak though, it squeaks more when i turn
the wheel... sounds like the noise is coming from the center of my
wheel somewheres, it wont squeak if I take the tire off so its very
hard to tell exactly where the noise is coming from.

Buddy, get that balljoint looked at. Given your symptoms, failure to get it
checked out could be a hair-raising experience. Trust me on that.

It sounds like it could be my lower ball joints tegger... I probably
burned them out when my left side caliper was sticking..... causing my
rotor to overheat and warp causing the wheel to shake... that over 2
months I imagine took a toll on the whole left wheel assembly; ball
    joints, tie rod, busings etc...

Now how much for these lower ball joints... ?

Sounds like this could be my lower ball joint, thanks tegger.

  10. honda sells em for $70 a piece, you can get aftermarket for much cheaper...
But I have found that they rust alot sooner than OEM.
