First off is the bigger the mm size the better? Also do upgraded spark plug
wires and spark plugs make that big of a difference on a 96 honda accord lx?
I have an intake and headers with exhaust done. Should I consider wires and
plugs? Also brand make a big difference?

when i did the wires on my daewoo, i noticed a slight difference. i hadnt
done headers, but i do have an intake with exhaust done, and since i added
my new hood, i noticed a nice difference on the highway (i can zip from 80
to 120 in less than 4 seconds now :). i plan on making up my CRX pretty much
the same way, but ill add headers (daewoo aftermarket parts are hard to
    locate :| ) as well.

yeah man if you have exhaust get headers TRUST ME, I notice a nice
difference depending on which ones you get i got 4-2-1 and my top end is
    faster now.
thanks for the advice. Did you change the plugs too?

I've read that a set of high quality 8 mm wires can help boost spark
better than conventional wires. Here's a site for you to find out more
    info.
