Shaking sterling wheel

So my 1991 Honda accord ex when I'm going slow my car wobbles. When I get up to higher speed my car shakes in the steam wheel but some times it goes away slowly and comes back. Then slows down then comes back. Then sometimes it shakes all the time. My friend just put new cv axel and tie rod brakes on my car. ​
