Seeking owner of 1999 Accord EX

I am the owner of a 1999 Honda Accord EX. I have a question about
the red light on the bottom of the radio that has the words
"Anti-Theft" written next to the light. I realize that the red
light blinks when the engine is shut off. However, does the red
light remain on while you are driving the vehicle?
On my Honda, it remains on when I am driving the vehicle--it does
not blink--it's just on.
Please let my know if the red light is on while you are driving your
Honda accord EX.

I have a 1999 EX and I am quite sure the light is not on while driving.
It would be rather distracting so I am rather sure I would notice if it were
on.

I have a 99 accord ex too........ the light is not on while the car
is running. Mine only blinks when the alarm is armed.

2000 Accord EX here---leight goes out when car is on.
