I have an 85 accord, and when I'm doing more than about 30 mph and apply
the breaks I get a wheel shake, I'm thinking its the right front wheel,
because I just had to replace the tire and it looked like it was running
    toed out.

My question is am I looking at an alignment problem or is the CV joint,
    or both?

    TIA

Yup, I had it balanced when I put the new tire on, extra 5 bucks I think
    from Les Schwab.

checked the brake pads? could be that either one is completely worn, or it
    is not being applied properly
