Removing radio from '03 CR-V

    Hi all,

    Need to get the radio out of a CR-V (2003, automatic) to fit a hands-free
    kit, had a quick look but cant figure out how to do it (probably really
    simple if you know how!).
    Anybody got simple instructions on how to remove it
