My car will not start. It turns over but will not start. I do not hear the fuel pump moving so something disabled it. I do notice there is a relay that is ticking when I turn the key on Accessory however, when I replace that relay that one also clicks. No matter what real I put in there it continues to click until I disconnected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
