I have been thinking about using Redline Watter Wetter in my 1994 Civic
DX. I saw some debate about this with mostly positive reviews but some
negatives and no definitive answers. I would be using it with a 50/50
    solution of water/antifreeze.

are you having cooling problems? if so, you're best addressing them
    properly.

if you're not having problems, and you're not racing [and i mean hard-on
racing, not leaving rubber on your friends driveway], you don't need it.
when i go full throttle up grapevine at 105F outside temp on a stock
radiator, the gauge stays rock steady, so i don't need it.

yes, chemicals like this can offer small differences in coolant
behavior, but i seriously doubt you'll need or notice any difference.
you won't see the temp needle go down because that's controlled by the
    thermostat.
