Reasons to get the 04 vs. 03 Accord?

I'm about to get a new Accord but can't decide which would be a better deal.
Often, Honda Dealerships don't give a significant break on the previous
years model but who knows in this economy. Does anyone know why I should
wait for an 04?

Might want to get an '04, seems to be some wrinkles that are getting
