Rear bumper cover 2001 Odyssey ? body repair ?

    I backed into a fire hydrant barely touching it and have now small
    (<2") tear in my rear bumper ( white ) . I would like to try a DIY
    repair first as the body shops want 350-400 which is want out om my
    range.
