Rattling sound at LOW speeds

  1. My wife has a 7 year old Honda CR/V. It recently developed a rattling
sound at low speeds, like when gently taking off. Imagine a aluminum
frying pan with some dry peas, or uncooked popcorn, that you would
make jump a little bit by shaking the pan. That's how it sounds.

Any ideas why it could be happening?

  2. --------------------------------------

I'll bet money it make a really sick growling / scraping noise when you
do a tight left-hand turn in a parking lot also, right?

    What's the MILEAGE?

  3. I just went out and drove it a little. The noises seem only be
happening when steering wheel is sharply turned to the right (less so
when it is sharply turned to the left). I could not reproduce the
    noise by going straight.
    31k miles. 7 years.
