Hello everyone, this will be my first post to this forum! I hope I can connect with the community and eventually help others too! Before I get to my specific problem, I just want to say that I want to learn everything I can about my car. It's a Honda Pilot 2006. It means a lot to me and with the future always being so uncertain I want to learn to maintain this car so that I never have to worry about getting a new one. For as long as I can anyway. To that end, any general advice you guys might have would be amazing! Thanks in advance!
Now to my specific problem.
Again, I have a 2006 Honda pilot.
The last time I brought it in they threaded the power steering hose, and I suspect that because of the slow leaking I'm probably going to have to also replace the rack and pinion. So that's where I'm at. Replacing the hose as well as the rack and pinion. I've seen that you can possibly get parts on this site but also found them elsewhere so I'm not too worried about acquiring the parts, but I do need resources to learn how to do this. Can you guys give me some advice or point me to a YouTube video or creator or even a book that I would find useful in this situation?
