    Hi,

I have a 2005 Pilot that is wonderful - except for 1 thing... The
kids can click on the lights in the back, and they never shut off. I
can flip the switch on the front, and shut off all of the interior
lights, but then nothing comes on when we open the doors.

Is there any way to adjust this? A switch that turns on a "45 minute
    cut off" time or something?

    Thanks,

    Jon

There should be a 3-way switch on the celing of the car, it's probably
got put in the wrong position, check your Manual.

  3. No, there's no cut off or timer. If you go to http://hondapilot.org/
you can find threads in the forums on replacing the interior lights
with LEDs, which will not run the battery down as fast.

The white LEDs give you a bluish tinged lighting, which you or your SO may
    not like.

  4. When you see that they've left the lights on, send your kids out
barefoot in their pajamas to turn them off.

LOL Thanks for the advice, guys. Unfortunately, they're 1.5 and 4.5,
and we have a garage. (Never too young to learn?)

The switch on our Pilot is on the front left dash. Unfortunately, it
turns off most everything, so at night, it's very dark getting the
    kidlets loaded.

Might try the LED idea though as, despite the annoying blue glow, it's
only the back 2 handle lights the kids can touch.
