performance exhaust and intake

Hi all , I have a 96 prelude . What is the best exhaust i can put the best
money can buy , i want soemthing super strong but not loud just deep , I was
thinking of Apex'i N1 and for the intake just a custom intake like a
regular Apex'i intake .If you have better sugestions let me know

personally, i really like the vibrant Power 1 series muffler, not very loud
at all and nice deep tone, im thinking of replacing my magnaflow with one
