2003 V6 Accord EX, and the front passenger seat heater is dead.
Checked the fuse, no issues. Could it be the switch? Any other areas
    to review??
    Cheers

Most likely a broken wire in the heater itself. If you're good with
upholstery its not that hard to replace. If you're not ...

Interesting, would the seat need to be removed from the vehicle
    completely to access the wires?

Yes. The seat has to come out. That's the easy part. You have to take the
leather seat covers completely off. The seat heater is a pad that is
sandwiched between the cushion foam and the leather. What usually happens
is one of the wires in the pad where it flexes between the seat bottom and
    seat back breaks.

You might call around to a couple of auto upholstery shops for a price to
install a new heater. You could order the seat heater from one of the
on-line honda parts dealers & take it to an auto upholstery shop to install.

If you are inclined to do it yourself, you will need an upholstery ring
crimping tool and the specific instructions to disable the air bag in the
seat back before you start messing with it. (get the FSM from helminc.com)
