The parking lights on my '90 Accord have stopped working (both front
and rear). Checked all bulbs for continuity, multimeter on contacts
indicates no juice to any of the contacts when the switch on the
steering column lever is in the first position. Power to interior
lights (dash board, etc.) all OK though. All other lights work -
headlights, turn, hazards, brake. It's just the darn tail lights and
    front parking (amber) lights.

I've looked briefly at both fuse blocks (under driver's seat and hood),
but did not see a devoted spade fuse in either location for
parking/tail lights. Nor did I see a devoted relay; just the one under
the hood for the headlights, which is working fine.

I'm hoping it isn't in the switch in the steering column as this sounds
like $$$. Does anyone have any other ideas ??? Thanks.
