    Hi,
To make a long story short, I disconnected what I beleive to be the computer for the car. It was in the passenger side under a metal cover that was underneath the carpetting. Anyways I plugged it back in and when I turn the car on now the check engine light comes on and the car idles really rough to the point that it stalls. What the hell did I do?? Can the computer be reset, if so how? I hope someone can help.
    Thanks...

    1. Make sure you have the code for the radio available.
    2. Disconnect the battery
    3. Pull that plug out again and check for bent pins. Use a good
flashlight so you can see clearly.
    4. Put the plug back in and make sure it's fully seated.
    5. Reconnect the battery
    6. If the check engine light still lights go find a mechanic,
    you've got problems.
