Loud sound when backing up CRV 2025

    We have a 2024 Honda CRV and there is a loud sound when we back up. The technicians keep telling us it’s a normal sound but it is getting louder. Yesterday it was very loud. I recorded it. It is actually much louder than my phone recorded but would like thoughts on this. It is bizarre to me that this is normal. Here is a link to the sound it’s making
