How to clean/fix scatch on the black bumper of the CRV

All:

I have some scratch from the front bumper from shopping cart or something
else (rock on the road), how do I fix it?

is it a deep scratch or a smear? A deep scratch will need to be touched up
with touch up paint or with some spray paint and a small paint brush or if it
is a smear from shopping cart, the smear can be rubbed off with some nail
polish remover or paint thinner or lacquer thinner or paint polish. or....

their book (about 15 pages), titled THE BOOK and you will learn how to
repair just about any bumper problem.... they also sell supplies........
First i would try some bug and tar remover to see if the scratches just
wipe off???
