I cant seem to change the odometer to show the outside temp in my LX 4
banger accord. Do I have to be driving the car to be able to do it? I keep
pressing the TRIP RESET button while the key is on the 'ON' position, but it
just seems to reset the TRIP numbers. Is something wrong w/ the system or
    am I doing something wrong?

    thanks

The outside temperature gauge is a genuine Honda accessory that is
available for the LX Accords. It is standard equipment on the EX
    Accords.

If you have such a gauge installed with your LX, then alternating
between the two trip odometers (Trip A, Trip B) and the outside
temperature gauge is done by pressing and *quickly* releasing the TRIP
RESET button. If you do not quickly release the button, instead
holding it for a few seconds, the Trip numbers will be reset.

That's because the LX does not have an outside temperature gauge. If
you wanted that with the I4 you would have had to buy the EX with
    leather seats.

The outside air temp gage can be had as a Honda Genuine Accessory. The
display will be in the rear view mirror.
