I can't quite see how many bolts are holding it up there, but it seems like
I need to remove the glove-box first. I have no idea how to do that either.
Winter is coming fast, and I need to replace this thing. Any help or
    step-by-step instructions are appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Matt

To remove the glove box: Locate the hindge on the left side. You will
see a screw and bracket. Remove the screw and top half of hindge, and
then slide the lower half of hindge to the right. Then remove the glove
    box.
Motor: In order to replace the motor, you will have to remove the unit.
First remove the duct. Then disconnect wire harness ad vacume hoses.
There are 3 mounting bolts. 2 on top and 1 on bottom. Remove the blower
unit and replace the motor. Just a note: When I did mine, I found
all the insulating foam had was dried out or missing. I went to the
local store and bought window foam strips and made new seals. Good Luck
