I recently purchased Honda pilot 2024 in Dubai. As a loyal Honda customer for nearly a decade, I have always had high expectations for Honda products, but I am currently facing some challenges with the Pilot that I hope someone can assist me. Here are the issues I've experienced: 1. Infotainment System Issues: Android Auto Connectivity: At times, Android Auto fails to start even with a wired connection. The only way to resolve this is by turning the engine off and restarting the vehicle. Bluetooth Syncing: The contact list sync from my mobile device to the infotainment system is slower than expected when connected via Bluetooth. Bluetooth Playback: Music playback through Bluetooth audio stops intermittently every few minutes. The audio only resumes when the play button is manually pressed. 2. Remote Key and Window Issues: Initially, the Pilot would not start, and the windows could not be lowered via the remote key. I took the vehicle to the service center, and this issue was cleared, but I wanted to mention it as a part of the overall experience. 3. Cruise Control Safety Issue: A more serious concern is related to the Cruise Control. The vehicle tends to stop suddenly rather slowly, when driven in one-space mode, which poses a safety risk. Despite addressing some of these issues during my first service, the Bluetooth playback issue persists, and I have yet to address the other concerns. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could look into these matters and provide guidance or a solution. I remain a loyal Honda customer and hope these issues can be resolved soon to restore my confidence in the Pilot.
