Hiss sound from rear wheel

My 94 Accord's rear, passenger side wheel is making a hissing type noise,
mostly when I am braking but sometimes when I'm just slowly decelerating
without the breaks. The sound is not constant but seems to occur once for
every revolution of the wheel, starting out fast then slowing as my car
slows. I was wondering if the wheel bearing can make a sound like this. Any
help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It may also be a worn brake pad.
