What have other Accord sedan (2003) owners done for this? The Honda
package seems expensive and requires a lot of installation. Are the
    Plantronics kits any good?

I use the Motorola hands free kit with my StarTAC phone. It has a
speaker that you can stick on where you want it (I use the front of
the console), a power plug that goes inside the console, and a plug
for the bottom of the phone. There is a speaker in the line to the
phone. You can also get an auxiliary speaker to put on the visor,
etc. I paid less than $50, and it works great.

Of course I meant a microphone in the last two sentences.

Thanks, Dick, I'll have to check the LGE & Verizon sites (I have an LG
    TM-510 phone).
