On my 2009 CR-V, (US) I had to replace the housing and thermostat. In doing so I had to remove the throttle as well as the air filter, and manifold. Upon reconnecting everything the car just cranks but does not turn over. Several things I checked online said that there is a key immobilizer and also if the throttle positioning sensor is not installed properly??..it would disable the fuel pump.
I do know that when I press the gas pedal the butterfly flap does not open. I do know for a fact that the fuel pump works perfectly, the fuel filter is not clogged, nor is the fuel lines clogged. There's something that disabled the fuel pump and I don't know how to bypass it or correct the problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If I had to guess it would have to be something to do with the TPS or throttle. All fuses and relays have been checked, double checked, swapped with other relays that were of the same calibre.
