Flat rate question

    My son in law has a 2018 honda accord 2.0 EXL turbo. They have a overheating issue so they had it towed to the dealer, dealer is saying it's a cracked head and quoting $10k to fix it. I had the estimate sent to me and they are saying 17hrs labor to fix it and from what I see, they are charging way over msrp for the parts.. 17hrs seems excessive to me for that job, especially when they are buying a complete head and don't have to transfer valves over or work the head. Any info would be appreciated.
