The dome light in my 97 Accord doesn't work anymore, and neither does
the trunk light. How easy would it be to fix that myself?

Also, the windshield wipers don't work on low speed, but they do work
    on high speed.

Sorta depends on what is wrong. Check the fuses, check the bulbs. If
that doesn't resolve it, check the buttons on the door/trunk that turn
them on & check that the ground wires are not corroded.
same here - check the fuses, check the grounds, check the electrical
connections on the wiper motor and the switch in the steering wheel
(without triggering the air bag). If none of those, get a wiper motor
from the junk yard and swap it out.
