Diagnostic OBD11 port on Honda Accord 99 (European)

Hi

Does anyone know where the OBD11 diagnostic port is on the Honda
accord 99 (european model)? I've heard people say its below the
drivers side dash board towards the bottom left, but i cant find it.
I've checked everywhere including drivers side bottom left & rigth and
passengers side bottom right & left.

Any help will be most appreciated.

Can't say about the Accord but on the UK Civic (driver on right) of that age
there's a diagnostic port on the left of the car underneath the dash just
tucked up to the left of the glove box.
If I recall there are two connectors - including a 2 pin one you short out
to persuade the engine management to flash out a fault code on the dashboard
light.
