I have a 2013 Odyssey with 97,000 miles on it. The engine was misfiring and we were in NJ ( we live near Boston) so I took it to a dealer. They adjusted the valves and it didn't help. Then, they gave me all new valve rings (under extended warranty), and I had the timing, drive belts, serpentine belt and water pump replaced. Spark plugs too.

    It didn't help.

It kept reading misfire cylinder 4.

I took it to my local mechanic who I love and he replaced all the coils and the fuel injector in cylinder #4.

If I keep it below 3000rpm, it's fine. However, if I floor it, the engine misfires and shuts down. I bought a code reader and it's still the same #4 cylinder.

Please tell me someone has an idea of where to look next. I'm kind of going nuts. Thank you!
