CRV brake lights out-fuse?

    A kind motorist pointed out to me this AM that the brake lights on my 2005
    CRV don't work yet the brake light at the top of the rear window does which
    seems to NOT incriminate a fuse...all other lights (turns,backup,running)
    are fine...BTW,I do NOT see dedicated fuse for the brake lights --

  2. probably your bulbs. There are a few of them in there.

    They're pretty easy, and if you take it in to the dealership, usually they
    just charge you for parts if your doing other work at the same time (ie oil
    change, mileage checkup)

    ....turned out that BOTH of them went out which surprisd me...I replaced them
    myself...easy
