Certified Used, buyer beware

  1. I let my guard down because I believed in the certification process, don't
    let it happen to you. Honda makes great products, but dealers are still the
    weakest link.

  2. Good luck on your quest to get the car fixed. I do agree with you in part
    but it was a used car and you did have an opportunity to look at it or have
    another shop look at it. The car wasn't totalled but simply had some damage
    that wasn't fixed properly.

    The certification part mostly deals with safety and operation issues. The
    car is fully functionaly and operates correctly so the various boxes were
    checked off. Appearance is a judgement call.

    I think you are on your own with this one.
