Can Fuel Injector Cleaner Cause Check Engine Light?

I poured a bottle of Fuel Injector Cleaner into my 2000 Honda Accord Lx and
after about a 100 miles of driving the check engine light came on. I never
had a previous problem. is it possible that the cleaner is the cause of the
check engine light?

but yeah, it's possible.
it might be a coincidence though.
