Can Cruise Control be Installed in a Honda Insight?

I have a 2003 Insight and would love to have cruise control installed.
Of course it does not come standard, so I am stuck doing it myself.

    1) With the special electrical/performance concerns of the Insight, is
    cruise control even an option?

    2) If it can be installed, would it void any warranty?

    3) If it can be installed, where would one go to have it installed,
    correctly and professionally?

    Has anyone successfully done this?

Thanks in advance for your help!

  2. You may have better luck at http://www.insightcentral.net They have a
forum there, and a few people have installed cruise.

I hope it works better than the cruise I added to my VX. The engine just
doesn't have enough "umph" in 5th gear to maintain a constant speed if there
are any hills or headwinds. It is virtually unusable for me.
