    I have a 4-door Honda Accord, 1993, EX with a five-speed manual
transmission with 130k miles on it.

I need to get some rear brake work done and two different mechanics are
telling me two different things. One is saying that the A1 calipers are
the best in the market and the other is saying that the Bendix calipers
are the best and that the AI calipers are crap. The Bendix one's cost
    more.

Which one should I get installed in my Honda?

Why do you need to install either at 130k?
What's wrong with your present calipers?

Well they are probably using the original Honda castings and rebuilding
them. I would buy either probably. Sometimes a caliper will come with more
stuff on it like pads, certain bolts, etc that may make a difference in my
    decision.

    I doubt either is crap.

are you sure they're calipers & not drum cylinders? neither are honda
caliper brands. if they're drum cylinders, get the bendix. they're
good quality & last very well.
