what is the best car alarm or security system for Honda CRV 04?

i'm shopping for one and i cannot decide which is the best for my new car

i'm concerned about safety because i park my car in a public parking lot

what about hood locks, wheel locks ? does it help to have them installed?

    thanx for your advice!

Viper is by D.E.I. Won't find it in places like Autozone. Typically only
sold by installation shops, and only sold installed. Python is the same
    equipment, just different label.

If you want to install it yourself, try eBay or some www.froogle.com or
    www.pricegrabber.com searches.

Hood lock? Might work to protect access to battery cables or
fuses. Also works great to torch your car in case of under-hood fires.

I'm a Viper and Alpine fan. Recommend: Auto lock after 10-40
seconds, Silent arm/disarm, Easy to adjust shock sensor.
