Can the camber and caster be adjusted on these 4wd? Only the toe-in is
adjusted, right? So if my tires are wearing thin on the outer edges, there a
defective part in the front end? The camber in the front is listed as 0 in
    the specs.

Are you rotateing @the proper intervals, is this only on the front, are the
tires properly inflated, are you cornering fast, grinding the curb?

I use a tread depth guage to measure tread depth, are you measureing or
    eyeballing?

If everything checks out go to a good alignment shop for alignment, I think
all adjustments can be made camber, caste,r toe in.
