Airbags on 04 Accord 4cyl w/ nav

I'm getting conflicting reports - does anyone know if the 04 airbags are
included? How about the 03?

Oh and are floormats included?

Driver's side air bags are required on all cars built since 1992, and
passenger's side since 1994.

I was at a dealer yesterday and FWIW they said that the 4 cylinder 2004 EX
will have the 8 airbags (?). They didn't have any on the lot, though.

Thanks - I'll probably be going today or tomorrow to buy it- after calling
every dealership arround I should be able to get the 2004 EX 4cyl 4dr auto
w/ navi for about $24,500 + taxes fees etc - out the door for $26,800. This
is a reasonable price to me.
